The whole lot of 44038 m2 land commercially zoned and located in Istanbul City, Bayrampaşa County, Sağmalcılar Village, Kartaltepe District, registered on 5/2 plot, 13664.124.125 parcel will be sold by a sealed bid tender followed by bargaining at the same day.
1- Tender will be held on 26 September 2011 at 14:00 in our office building by taking sealed bids.
2- 1.000.000,00 (One Million) Turkish Lira bid bond amount will be deposited into company bank account.
3- Proposals of companies without bid bond will not be evaluated.
4- Our company will not be responsible in postal delays or any of proposals arriving after 26 September 2011 at 13:30.
5- Companies will participate in tender must attach all documents mentioned in Article 7 of tender specification to their proposals.
6- Our company is not subject to Public Procurement Law No:2886, No 4734 and Public Procurement Contract Law No:4735 therefore, we are free to hold and give the tender or not.
